One of the panellists on this week's TWiT podcast came up with a great throwaway line on who'll run for president next time:
"Bush will go for a third term."
Based on what he's gotten away with thus far, he would probably get elected if he did.
Very interesting and, if it's any consolation, Tony Blair in the UK is doing his damnedness to equal Bush in the delusional stakes.
All pretty horrifying.
